Sur La Table Cloud Appetizer Plate in Blue

Q: What is the ceramic appetizer plate best for?

The ceramic appetizer plate is sized for small bites, snacks and individual servings, from olives and nuts to a slice of cake. It is also a great way to portion shared spreads so the table stays tidy and inviting.

Q: Is the ceramic appetizer plate dishwasher safe?

Yes, the ceramic appetizer plate is dishwasher safe, which makes it easy to use every day. For best results, give it a stable spot so it does not knock against heavier pieces during the cycle.

Q: What does reactive glaze mean on a ceramic appetizer plate?

A reactive glaze develops during firing, creating gentle shifts in tone and pattern. On a ceramic appetizer plate, that means the finish can vary slightly from piece to piece, adding character to your place setting.

Q: Will every plate look exactly the same?

No, each piece in the Cloud collection has natural variation because of the reactive glaze finish. Those subtle differences are part of the look and help each plate feel unique while still coordinating as a set.

Q: Is this plate a good choice for entertaining?

Yes, it is designed to be durable enough for everyday use and pretty enough to bring out for guests. Use it to set out passed bites, build a small dessert moment or add an extra plate to your serving lineup.
